Request for Proposal – Security Services
As with many healthcare organizations today, SHERBOURNE is required to maintain low operating costs within its support services and administrative areas which includes security. These issues, coupled with the reality of an organization undergoing future planned program changes and building tenancy have produced a number of significant challenges for the delivery of support services in the Centre.
SHERBOURNE will be leasing its 5th and 6th floors to St. Michael’s Hospital to redevelop and operate its 36 inpatient bed Withdrawal Management Service (WMS) program and Sherbourne is establishing a Community Health Service Hub in the lower level (basement) area. The estimated completion date is January-March, 2017 for the program space renovations to be completed resulting in an additional operational footprint of 35,000 sq. ft. and increased related foot traffic/program activity by April 1, 2017.
