DESCRIPTION:Trans Health in Your Hands is an eight-week all ages in-person program designed to empower trans and non-binary individuals with knowledge\, resources\, and community support needed to navigate community health and wellbeing. This comprehensive series covers a wide range of topics such as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)\, nutrition\, sexual health and self-advocacy in healthcare.
