Self Check-in Kiosks

Self check-in kiosks have arrived on the first and second floors of Sherbourne Health.
Clients can use these kiosks to notify staff that they have arrived for their appointment.

Clients cannot use the kiosks if:

  • they are late for an appointment
  • their preferred name is different from the name on their OHIP card
  • they have more than one appointment at Sherbourne that day

Staff at the information desk are ready to assist any clients that may have questions about the new kiosks.
