Accountability Agreement

Sherbourne Health receives core funding from Ontario Health Toronto (OHT) and various other branches of the Ontario Ministry of Health.

In the interests of transparency, the Connecting Care Act, 2019 (CCA), requires that the Ontario Health and Health Service Providers (HSP) enter into a Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA), which outlines the responsibilities of the HSP under the funding agreement.
