Levelling Minds is a nine-week program designed specifically for trans and non-binary youth and their adult supporters. We provide two tailored groups, each focusing on nurturing emotional wellness and building effective communication tools, all under the guidance of experienced mental health counsellors. NADA Circle

Drop-in ear acupuncture based on NADA, an ear acupuncture protocol that may help with withdrawal symptoms, trauma coping, anxiety, depression, and overall grounding. This weekly clinic offers gender-affirming care and system navigation supports to people who are homeless, underhoused, or stay in shelters. No OHIP required, limited spots available.

For people who have completed Hep C treatment through the Toronto Community Hep C Program and want to continue building community and ways of knowing with peers. Internal referrals only.
