We are pleased to introduce our 2022-2026 Strategic Plan, which guides our programs, services and initiatives for the next four years. The plan, which lays out our organization’s vision and newly restated mission and values, was approved by Sherbourne’s Board of Directors in June 2022.
This road map was guided by rich consultations with our service users, staff, volunteers, funders and community partners. With our focus on Better. Bolder. CHANGE., the plan sets out three strategic directions that build on our strengths, and confirms our commitment to serving the Mid-East Toronto neighbourhood and our focus populations: homeless and under-housed individuals, newcomers to Canada and the 2SLGBTQ community.
From this plan, our management and staff will set out key initiatives over the next four years to contribute to population health by influencing and improving health outcomes for our priority populations; build and advance strategic collaborations and partnerships that support health system transformation and foster a high performing, resilient and sustainable organization.
