Levelling Minds is a nine-week program designed specifically for trans and non-binary youth and their adult supporters. We provide two tailored groups, each focusing on nurturing emotional wellness and building effective communication tools, all under the guidance of experienced mental health counsellors. Peer Support Sessions are bi-weekly sessions that address the mental and emotional considerations of trans and non-binary seeking employment. These sessions are informed by peers’ lived experience, as well as guidance from a mental health counsellor. Registration required.
