Do you love food but suffer pain or discomfort after eating? If so, this program is for you! Over five weeks, a Registered Dietitian will review everything you need to know about digestion from mouth to…well….the other end. Through videos, visual explanations, guest speakers, self-directed activities, and group conversation we will explore the connections between the food we eat and the way our body feels. You’ll get diet tips to help manage reflux, indigestion, gas, bloating, constipation, IBS, and more! By the final session, you’ll have a toolkit and a step-by-step guide to help you eat with more enjoyment and less pain.
Registration is required, attendance of all sessions is recommended.
