Connections 4 U Drop-In is for people who are experiencing homelessness, are underhoused, or stay in shelters. Access support for reaching goals from system navigators, on a short-term basis. Self-referrals only.
For people who have completed Hep C treatment through the Toronto Community Hep C Program and want to continue building community and ways of knowing with peers. Internal referrals only.
A welcoming drop in for people who use drugs. STASH provides Hep C testing, naloxone training, harm reduction supplies, support, referrals, friendly chats, and snacks.
