Description: Choosing an egg donor isn’t just about profiles and checklists—it’s about aligning your values, expectations and emotional readiness as a couple. In this session, we’ll break down how to navigate egg donor agencies with intention, including how to evaluate what actually matters (and what doesn’t) when making decisions. We’ll explore the counselling component that many overlook, and why those conversations—around genetics, identity, disclosure and future implications—are critical before moving forward. We’ll also guide you through how to uncover your individual and shared “non-negotiables” so you’re not just choosing a donor, you’re making a decision you feel grounded in long after the process is over.
