Description: This workshop will walk participants through the fertility treatment processes commonly available to individuals and couples pursuing family building. The session will outline what to expect at each stage, including timelines, procedures and considerations for different pathways. Topics will include fertility preservation (egg or sperm freezing), intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF) and reciprocal IVF. The aim is to provide a clear, step-by-step overview of these options to better understand how different treatment approaches work and what may be involved in each process.
