Description: In this session, we will talk about the transition into parenthood and how the arrival of a baby can sometimes bring a sense of calm, followed by space, to begin processing what you’ve been through. This can feel unexpected, especially when things appear “good” or “okay” on the surface. We will explore how to navigate grief, trauma and complex emotions emotional experiences, both as individuals and within your relationship. When you go through something difficult together, there is often an expectation that you will feel and respond in similar ways. When that doesn’t happen, it can lead to confusion, disconnection or tension.
