Career Mapping Sessions are introductory workshops designed to provide trans and non-binary individuals with insights into various career paths, highlighting the experiences and journeys of professionals in different fields. These workshops showcase diverse career paths and the skills necessary to navigate them successfully. Each session features a guest speaker who shares their personal career story, along with advice on leveraging one’s strengths and interests. The sessions emphasize generalizable skills such as networking, resilience, and adaptability, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge applicable across any career path.

Skills-Building Sessions provide guidance related to the legal and professional considerations of seeking employment. These sessions, led by guest speakers, empower trans and non-binary youth to bring their expertise and authentic selves to the workplace.

Peer Support Sessions are bi-weekly sessions that address the mental and emotional considerations of seeking employment. These sessions are informed by peers’ lived experience, as well as guidance from a mental health counsellor.
