Jacqueline Lumsden

Jacqueline (she/her) is the Patient Care Manager, Interprofessional Resource Team, Palliative Care and Transitional Care for Unity Health Toronto where she is responsible for the development of quality improvement initiatives and ensures that the care delivery models continue to evolve to meet the changing patient/family and departmental needs. Jacqueline is also the strategy lead for palliative care at the Providence site.
Jacqueline is a registered nurse with a Master of Health Science degree in Health Administration at the University of Toronto and is a Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders. She brings over 25 years of exceptional multidisciplinary care and leadership. Jacqueline is also dynamic and experienced speaker with a variety of certifications in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
