Jonathan Vandersluis

Jonathan Vandersluis brings extensive experience in management consulting and strategy, currently driving transformation within RBC’s mortgage business. He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. He is also an avid cyclist, a triathlete and frequent hiker, including having summited Mount Kilimanjaro. Jonathan has been deeply involved in community service, most notably through the Movember Foundation and several youth-focused charities. He is passionate about health equity and inclusive care, and in applying his strategic thinking, expertise in organizational governance and creativity to help advance Sherbourne Health.
