Paulette Gardiner Millar

Paulette is a Physiotherapist and has held leadership positions supporting operational excellence in the private rehabilitation sector for many years. She focuses on clinical outcomes and patient experience, creating an environment where the clinical and administrative teams can thrive, and the pursuit of organizational and financial health. She completed her Master of Science in Health Quality at Queen’s University and is the past president of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association. In her most recent role, she led the implementation and launch of a national medical, psychosocial, and vocational rehabilitation program supporting Canadian Veterans as they transition to life after service.
