Rachel Kwong

Rachel Kwong is a CPA and currently an Associate, Asset Management at Fitzrovia. Fitzrovia is a developer and manager of purpose-built rentals in Toronto and Montreal. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, financial analysis, portfolio management, and capital improvement planning of properties within her portfolio. Beginning her career at KPMG, Rachel was a senior accountant in the Financial Institution and Real Estate Practice and primarily focused on the audit of real estate clients. Rachel is passionate about community engagement and has volunteered with organizations such as Junior Achievement Canada and EmpowHERto, as a mentor to youth in entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University.
