Sherbourne Health isn’t just a provider—it’s a trailblazer. For over 25 years, our award-winning programs have been designed by the community, for the community, breaking down barriers to wellness.

Your support means a young person can find a meal and a safe place to be themselves through Supporting Our Youth (SOY). It means a trans or non-binary individual of any age can overcome barriers to employment at our pioneering Trans and Non-Binary Career Fair. It means a trans elder finds a welcoming community with Mature Trans Sisters, and someone struggling with mental health has a lifeline to care when they need it most.
