Sherbourne Health awarded exemplary standing by Accreditation Canada with a score of 100%!

Every four years, Sherbourne Health embarks on a national, peer-reviewed Accreditation process that assesses our processes against sector-specific standards for client safety, quality and organizational excellence.

Our accreditation survey took place from November 26 to 29, 2018, and we are proud to announce that we have been awarded Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada with a score of 100%! This is a remarkable achievement and highlights our efforts to be one of the best health organizations in Canada.

The final report from Accreditation Canada recognized a number of strengths of Sherbourne, including our expertise in engaging clients, staff and partners to inform programming and advocacy, our diversity and outreach culture and the empathy of our care providers.

The process of Accreditation has taken us to new heights of organizational excellence. We look forward to continuing to serve our clients and communities and staying true to our values: BOLD, KIND, REAL and OPEN.
