Levelling Minds is a nine-week program designed specifically for trans and non-binary youth and their adult supporters. We provide two tailored groups, each focusing on nurturing emotional wellness and building effective communication tools, all under the guidance of experienced mental health counsellors. For people who have completed Hep C treatment through the Toronto Community Hep C Program and want to continue building community and ways of knowing with peers. Internal referrals only.
An in-person weekly drop-in program for trans women and femme identified non-binary folks ages 30 and up. The program is designed to build community through facilitated conversation, group activities, and social connection. A mental health counsellor is available during sessions for one-on-one support. Trans Fusion Crew is a weekly drop-in group for trans, gender non-binary or genderqueer youth 29 years old or younger. Join TFC to explore, learn about and share experiences of gender and everything else. TFC is a welcoming and supportive space for all your different trans and non-binary gender experiences.

Come for a nutritious breakfast, social activities and if you need, on-the-spot care from a nurse practitioner in a friendly space. All women who are homeless, sex workers, street-involved, and/or use drugs are welcome. No registration required. Contact for more information.
