For people who have completed Hep C treatment through the Toronto Community Hep C Program and want to continue building community and ways of knowing with peers. Internal referrals only.
This general drop-in is open to all 2SLGBTQ youth and young adults aged 29 and under. It’s all about joy a, self-care, and community connection!
An in-person weekly drop-in program for trans women and femme identified non-binary folks ages 30 and up. The program is designed to build community through facilitated conversation, group activities, and social connection. A mental health counsellor is available during sessions for one-on-one support. Trans Fusion Crew is a weekly drop-in group for trans, gender non-binary or genderqueer youth 29 years old or younger. Join TFC to explore, learn about and share experiences of gender and everything else. TFC is a welcoming and supportive space for all your different trans and non-binary gender experiences.
Come for a nutritious breakfast, social activities and if you need, on-the-spot care from a nurse practitioner in a friendly space. All women who are homeless, sex workers, street-involved, and/or use drugs are welcome. No registration required. Contact for more information.
