• Important Notice: Service Changes Due to Covid-19

Last updated: July 23, 2020 To our Sherbourne communities, As we continue to actively monitor this rapidly evolving situation around the COVID-19 pandemic, our hearts and minds are on those affected by the virus. As a healthcare organization, we also want to reassure you that the health and safety of our service users and staff are always […]

Important information for all service users

If you feel ill or have any symptoms of a respiratory virus (fever, cough or shortness of breath), please avoid coming into Sherbourne Health until you feel better and are symptom free.

All service users calling for appointments or coming to the centre will be screened for respiratory illness symptoms and travel from the areas affected by the coronavirus.

If a service user has the correct risk factors, the care team will make a decision about whether they need additional testing.

Sherbourne is monitoring the situation regarding the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). At this time, the Public Health Agency of Canada states that the risk to Canadians is low. For more detailed information on the status of the virus and risk to Canadians, please visit the Public Health Agency of Canada or Ontario Ministry of Health websites.

    Welcome to Sherbourne Health

Like the unique mosaic at our front door, Sherbourne was shaped by our communities.  As with our programs and services, when the pieces are put together, the different colours and textures form something inviting, vibrant and relevant to the people we serve.  We work closely with our partners and community members. Our primary care and chronic disease management services, health promotion and education, outreach and social supports, and mental health services work together to provide transformative care and support.

While Sherbourne is open to everyone in our neighbourhood, we are particularly committed to helping people who may have been under-served by conventional health care.
