Peer Support Sessions are bi-weekly sessions that address the mental and emotional considerations of trans and non-binary seeking employment. These sessions are informed by peers’ lived experience, as well as guidance from a mental health counsellor. Registration required. Join peers, a Registered Nurse and a Registered Dietitian for chats and support on healthy eating, exercise, stress management, medication and more.
