Levelling Minds (Adult Cohort)

Levelling Minds is a nine-week program designed specifically for trans and non-binary youth and their adult supporters. We provide two tailored groups, each focusing on nurturing emotional wellness and building effective communication tools, all under the guidance of experienced mental health counsellors.

Adult Cohort will take place online from 5:30 to 7:00pm on February 6, 13, 27, March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 3, 10.
