Resilient Roots

A five-session training, Resilient Roots builds peer support skills, including communication, boundary-setting, and resiliency strategies, while exploring mental health’s ties to racism, oppression, and trauma. The program also covers harm reduction, overdose response, and accessing mental health resources.
Who: Black, African, Caribbean, and multiracial 2SLGBTQ+ youth with lived mental health and/or substance use experience.
When: When: March 3-31 (Mondays, 6-8 p.m., in-person at Sherbourne Health).
