Surgical Self-Care

Surgical Self-Care is a 7-week program for people ages 18+ preparing for gender-affirming surgeries.

Learn about the practical, clinical and mental health aspects of surgery from expert clinicians. This program is suitable for people seeking masculinizing or feminizing top or bottom surgery.
