Trans Health In Your Hands

Trans Health in Your Hands is an eight-week all ages in-person program designed to empower trans/non-binary individuals with knowledge, resources, and community support needed to navigate community health and wellbeing. This comprehensive series covers a wide range of topics such as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), nutrition, sexual health and self-advocacy in healthcare. Sessions include various guest speakers who are experts in their field to guide conversations, and allow participants to learn, share personal experiences, and engage in interactive activities.
