Hep C Continuing Care Group
For people who have completed Hep C treatment through the Toronto Community Hep C Program and want to continue building community and ways of knowing with peers. Internal referrals only.

Connections 4 U Drop-In is for people who are experiencing homelessness, are underhoused, or stay in shelters. Access support for reaching goals from system navigators, on a short-term basis. Self-referrals only.
NADA Circle
Drop-in ear acupuncture based on NADA, an ear acupuncture protocol that may help with withdrawal symptoms, trauma coping, anxiety, depression, and overall grounding. An in-person weekly drop-in program for trans women and femme identified non-binary folks ages 30 and up. The program is designed to build community through facilitated conversation, group activities, and social connection. A mental health counsellor is available during sessions for one-on-one support. Trans Fusion Crew is a weekly drop-in group for trans, gender non-binary or genderqueer youth 29 years old or younger. Join TFC to explore, learn about and share experiences of gender and everything else. TFC is a welcoming and supportive space for all your different trans and non-binary gender experiences.
