SOY: Trans Fusion Crew
Trans Fusion Crew is a weekly drop-in group for trans, gender non-binary or genderqueer youth 29 years old or younger. Join TFC to explore, learn about and share experiences of gender and everything else. TFC is a welcoming and supportive space for all your different trans and non-binary gender experiences.
Mature Trans Sisters (MTS)
An in-person weekly drop-in program for trans women and femme identified non-binary folks ages 30 and up. The program is designed to build community through facilitated conversation, group activities, and social connection. A mental health counsellor is available during sessions for one-on-one support. Every week, our kit packing group makes an average of 500 harm reduction kits to help keep our communities safe. Diabetes Senior Support Group
Join peers, a Registered Nurse and a Registered Dietitian for chats and support on healthy eating, exercise, stress management, medication and more.
