Wellness Clinic

We continue to offer COVID-19 vaccinations in partnership with the St. James Town Community Corner through our Wellness Clinics at 200 Wellesley Street East, dedicated to pandemic recovery and low-barrier health services, for ages six months and up. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome. Book your appointment by calling 416-347-0943.
Visitors can access the following services at our general Wellness Clinics:
- breast and colon cancer screenings
- mental health supports
- pap tests
- level checks (blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol)
- blood tests (dependent on eligibility)
- service intake and help with navigating services, no insurance required
- flu shots
- vaccines for adults and kids
