Trans and Non-Binary Career Connections: Peer Support

This weekly program is for trans and non-binary individuals (all ages) who want a supportive space to talk about work, job searching, and the challenges that come with it. Facilitated by Mental Health Counsellors, join us for an enriching experience that combines career exploration, skill development, and personal growth in a supportive community setting. Complimentary dinner and TTC Tickets provided!
Wednesday’s 6pm – 7:30pm | Starting August 20th, 2025 – September 24th, 2025
Peer Support will be running a 6-week session with the following topics:
Aug 20: Navigating self-doubt and imposter syndrome
Aug 27: Managing anxiety in the job search (public speaking, interviews, and networking)
Sept 3: Time management and task completion in the workplace
Sept 10: Self-advocacy and self-care
Sept 17: Communicating professional boundaries
Sept 24: Conflict resolution in the workplace
