Year Round Drop-ins
WINK: Women in Need ‘Klinik’
Come for a nutritious breakfast, social activities and if you need, on-the-spot care from a nurse practitioner in a friendly space.
Who: All women who are homeless, sex workers, street-involved, and/or use drugs are welcome.
When: Wednesdays 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. on the second floor.

STASH
A welcoming drop in for people who use drugs. STASH provides Hep C testing, naloxone training, harm reduction supplies, support, referrals, friendly chats, and snacks.
Who: People who use drugs.
When: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1 – 4 p.m. On Thursdays, STASH runs from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. STASH takes place in Room 1080 on the first floor.

SOY Groups & Drop-Ins
SOY community groups are a place for 2SLGBTQ youth to develop new skills, connect with peers, feel held through the toughest times, and have fun!

C4U Drop-In
Connections 4 U Drop-In is for people who are experiencing homelessness, are underhoused, or stay in shelters. Access support for reaching goals from system navigators, on a short-term basis. Self-referrals only.
Who: People who are experiencing homelessness, are underhoused, or seeking short-term support.
When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at STASH.
Mental Health Groups
Queering Community
A drop-in group for those who identify as 2SLGBTQ+, ages 30-65, to socialize and build community. This community focused group/drop-in has themes and activities for each session.
Who: Everyone

Introduction to Mindfulness for Racialized Adults
A six-week virtual group program led by mental health counsellors, this group explores mindfulness as a practice for managing difficult emotions, as well as cultivating greater self-compassion and self-care.
Who: Participants who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour

HEAL Program
The HEAL program is a 12-week art therapy program for 2SLGBTQ newcomer women who are survivors of domestic and family violence. Attendees will explore arts practices, while building knowledge on healthy relationships, mental health, and available supports. Child minding, transit fare, and refreshments will be provided.
Who: 2SLGBTQ newcomer women who are survivors of domestic and family violence.
Next Sessions: July 23 to August 29. Sessions are in-person at Sherbourne Health. on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Hep C Groups
Hep C Treatment Group
A weekly drop-in breakfast and harm reduction space for people who need Hep C testing or who live with Hep C. Join us to build community and share learning with others while doing treatment. Self and community referrals welcome.
People who are Hep C negative are encouraged to contact us to inquire about other community resources.
Who: For people who need Hep C testing or who live with Hep C
When: Wednesdays, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Hep C Continuing Care
For people who have completed Hep C treatment through the Toronto Community Hep C Program and want to continue building community and ways of knowing with peers. Internal referrals only.
Who: TCHCP graduates.
When: Mondays, 1 – 3 p.m.
Chronic Condition Support Groups
Craving Change
This how-to virtual workshop series offers support around understanding why you eat the way you do, comforting yourself without food, changing eating patterns.
Who: All Sherbourne Health clients.

Diabetes Education and Support Group
Join peers, a Registered Nurse and a Registered Dietitian for chats and support on healthy eating, exercise, stress management, medication and more.
Who: Anyone with diabetes.
When: Sessions are on the last Thursday of each month, from 10 – 11:30 a.m. Offered in-person and virtually.

Footcare Clinic
Receive support from a registered nurse for foot-related conditions, such as include tough-to-cut nails, foot pain, warts, corns, and diabetes-related foot issues.
Who: All interested Sherbourne Health clients with foot-related conditions.
When: Thursdays from 9:20 – 11:20 a.m.
No appointment necessary, but pre-booking is welcome. To learn more or to pre-book, please speak to your Sherbourne Health care provider or a medical secretary.
NADA Circle
Drop-in ear acupuncture based on NADA, an ear acupuncture protocol that may help with withdrawal symptoms, trauma coping, anxiety, depression, and overall grounding.
Who: All interested Sherbourne Health clients.
When: Mondays from 3 – 4 p.m. and Fridays from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Trans and Non-Binary Programming
Gender Journeys
Gender Journeys is an eight-week program offering a safer space to explore questions of gender identity and belonging.
Who: Open to adults over 18 years of age. Gender Journeys is suitable for trans and gender-questioning people, at any point in transition.
When: Program’s latest season has completed. Future programming will be added at a later date.

Trans Health in Your Hands
An eight-week all-ages in-person program designed to empower trans/non-binary individuals with knowledge, resources, and community support needed to navigate community health and wellbeing. This comprehensive series covers a wide range of topics such as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), nutrition, sexual health and self-advocacy in healthcare. Sessions include various guest speakers who are experts in their field to guide conversations, and allow participants to learn, share personal experiences, and engage in interactive activities.
Who: Open to trans and non-binary people of all ages.
When: Wednesdays, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Surgical Self-Care
A virtual program for people preparing for gender-affirming surgeries. Learn emotional considerations from a mental health counsellor, as well as practical strategies from a primary care practitioner. The program is delivered in two streams: a three-week program for top surgeries and a six-week program for bottom surgeries.
Who: Best suited for trans people considering gender affirming surgery within the next year.
When: The top surgery cohort takes place from September 4 – September 18, Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Mature Trans Sisters (MTS)
An in-person weekly drop-in program for trans women and femme identified non-binary folks ages 30 and up. The program is designed to build community through facilitated conversation, group activities, and social connection. A mental health counsellor is available during sessions for one-on-one support.
Who: Trans women and femme-identified non-binary persons ages 30 and up.
When: Tuesdays, 6 – 7:30 p.m.

Trans And Non-Binary Career Connections
This program offers a unique series of workshops and peer support sessions to consider the needs of the whole person while building employment skills.
Who: Trans and non-binary people ages 16 and up.

Trans Care Clinic
This weekly clinic offers gender-affirming care and system navigation supports to people who are homeless, underhoused, or stay in shelters. No OHIP required, limited spots available.
Who: Trans and non-binary people experiencing homelessness, are underhoused, or stay in shelters.

2SLGBTQ Family Programming
2SLGBTQ Family Resources
2SLGBTQ Family Resources offers in-person and virtual workshops for those interested in family planning through surrogacy, adoption, or pregnancy. These sessions cover practical, emotional, social, and legal aspects in Ontario. They include presentations, discussions, and guest speakers. Registration is required for attendance.
Who: Open to all 2SLGBTQ people who are interested in growing and starting their families.

Levelling Minds
Levelling Minds is a nine-week program designed specifically for trans and non-binary youth and their adult supporters. We provide two tailored groups, each focusing on nurturing emotional wellness and building effective communication tools, all under the guidance of experienced mental health counsellors.
